How do I start a project with Blokke?
It starts with a conversation. Reach out through our contact page, tell us about your project, and we will set up an initial call to understand your needs, timeline, and goals.
How many clients do you work with at once?
We are intentionally selective about how many projects we take on at any given time. We would rather give fewer projects our full attention than spread ourselves across too many.
How involved will I be in the process?
As involved as the project needs. We work collaboratively by default, sharing thinking early, inviting feedback often, and treating every project as a joint endeavour. You will never be left wondering where things stand.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit before work begins on any project. The remaining balance is due on final delivery. Retainer clients are billed monthly at the start of each cycle.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A focused brand identity project typically runs between ten and sixteen weeks. Larger, more complex engagements may take longer.
What does your process look like?
Every project moves through three stages. Listen, Shape, and Release. We begin by going deep on your brand and goals, move into a focused design phase built around intention and craft, and close with a delivery that is production-ready and built to last.
How many revision rounds are included?
Project-based engagements include three structured revision rounds. Retainer clients work in a more fluid, ongoing feedback model. In either case, we scope revisions clearly upfront so there are no surprises.
Do you offer post-delivery support?
Yes. All project-based engagements include 30 days of post-delivery support. For ongoing support beyond that, our retainer plan is the natural next step.
